1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all product sales made by Noovi through its website www.noovifood.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on our Site, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms. No general or specific conditions appearing in any other document may take precedence over these Terms, unless expressly accepted in writing by Noovi.

3. Orders and Contract

a. Orders. You may place an order on the Site by following the indicated procedure. Any order constitutes your irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

b. Contract. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon Noovi's acceptance of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been validated.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. Pricing. Product prices are listed on the Site in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and exclusive of shipping costs. Noovi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be billed at the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

b. Payment. Payment is made online by credit or debit card through a secure payment process. By placing an order, you warrant to Noovi that you have all necessary authorizations to use your chosen payment method.

5. Delivery and Shipping Costs

a. Delivery. Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of your order. Noovi commits to shipping products within the timeframes specified at checkout.

b. Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. For more information on the withdrawal process, please refer to our Return Policy on the Site.

7. Warranty and Liability

a. Warranty. Noovi guarantees that all products sold conform to their description. In the event of a defective product, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

b. Liability. Noovi shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of revenue arising from the use of its products.

8. Personal Data Protection Information collected during the order process is necessary for order management and our commercial relationship. In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and object to the processing of your personal data.

9. Governing Law and Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts.
